Comment Requested on Proposed Changes in OIE Policies for Discrimination, Harassment and Misconduct

University policies regarding discrimination, harassment and sexual misconduct were revised last semester to clarify and improve processes and to integrate the new Title IX federal regulations. The Office of Institutional Equity is seeking another round of public feedback on the policies and procedures, which will be used with learnings from last semester to make further improvements. 

The Policy on Prohibited Discrimination, Harassment and Related Misconduct and the three corresponding procedures that apply to students, faculty and staff will be posted on the OIE website from January 25, 2021 through February 12, 2021.
