Biochem Grad Student Finalist for International Prize

Three winners will be chosen from 45 who present papers in London

Biochemistry graduate student Isaac Kimsey of the Hashim Al-Hashimi lab is one of 45 chemistry PhD students and recent graduates chosen to present their research at the 2016 Reaxys PhD Prize Symposium, September 22 and 23 in London during New Scientist Live. Kimsey will present his work on visualizing Watson-Crick-like mispairing in DNA and RNA duplexes, also known as “quantum jitters.” Three students will be chosen winners of this year’s prize.
