Exams Are For the Dogs

Students take an exam break with furry friends during Puppies at Perkins Tuesday afternoon sponsored by Duke University Libraries and Duke PAWS, a therapy dog program. Here, students pet Charger, a 4-year-old Cavalier King Charles Spaniel.

It was one of two "stress-relief" events for students involving dogs Tuesday. Student Affairs sponsored a similiar event earlier in the day.

More than a hundred students turned out for the Perkins event. "I saw the line of dogs walk by and I had to follow it," said one.
