Executive Recruiter Offers Job-Seeking Advice in March 24 Event
Consultant James Citrin will participate in a live webcast public conversation 8 p.m. Wednesday

A consultant at leading executive search firm Spencer Stuart will discuss career strategy during a public conversation at 8 p.m. Wednesday, March 24.
The event, at the Fuqua School of Business' Geneen Auditorium, will be webcast live on Duke's Ustream channel at http://www.ustream.tv/dukeuniversity. James Citrin of Spencer Stuart will talk about the hiring process and offer job-seeking tips in a conversation with Duke Career Center director William Wright-Swadel and Sheryle Dirks, associate dean for career management at Fuqua.
Citrin was listed by BusinessWeek as one of the 100 most influential headhunters in 2008. He is a member of Spencer Stuart's board of directors and co-leads the company's board and CEO succession practice for North America. In his 16 years at Spencer Stuart, he has completed more than 400 CEO, board director, CFO and other top management searches.
"Jim is full of practical, relevant career advice for students interested in virtually every career field." Wright-Swadel said.
Citrin is at Duke through the Career Center's Fannie Mitchell Expert-In-Residence program, which brings professionals to campus to share career advice with students.
The conversation will be moderated by Duke sophomore Taylor Clarke.
