The Class of 2026 learned their housing assignments and Quad affiliations this week. They will be the first Duke class to experience QuadEx during all four years. QuadEx, Duke’s new living and learning model, enhances and integrates undergraduates’ social, residential, and intellectual lives.
One major change is connecting the first-year students residence house on East Campus to a Quad community on West Campus. These East-West connections support special programming, getting to know upperclass students, and feeling at home in both places.
Watch the video to learn more about what QuadEx means and how it will advance the student experience at Duke.
