Duke Transit and Parking Adjustments for Winter Break 2021

There will be no transit and van service Dec. 24, Dec. 25, Dec. 31, and Jan. 1

only the C1: East-West and LaSalle Loop bus routes will operate on Monday, May 31

Duke will adjust its transit schedule and parking lot availability during winter break.

As part the schedule, there will be no transit and van service on Dec. 24, Dec. 25, and Dec. 31, 2021, and Jan. 1, 2022. For  van services and transit route adjustments, see the full schedule here, and follow Duke TransLoc for real-time information.

Customers with annual permits may park in all garages and gated lots using their permit or DukeCard ID this year on Dec. 24, 25, 26, 27, 31 and Jan. 1, 2 and 3, 2022. On Dec. 25, 2021, and Jan. 1, 2022, all facilities will be open for complimentary parking. Weekend and after-hours permit access to garages and surface lots will continue.

Students may park vehicles in the Science Drive Garage through Jan. 5 on levels 5 and above. Students with valid, annual parking permits (except NGT/night permits) may enter and exit the garage using their permit or Duke ID. Students without permits may purchase one for $42 at  ManageMyParkingAccount.
