The Learn IT @ Lunch series returns this spring with six sessions focused on helping you get a deeper understanding of popular software programs. Among the topics covered this spring will be Qualtrics, Last Pass, Microsoft Teams, Zoom and document accessibility.

“We want to share the latest in technology tools being used at Duke,” said Trina Rodriguez, education and training coordinator for Duke’s Office of Information Technology, which hosts the series. “These are hands-on workshops with experts that help the Duke community get familiar with key technology resources in an informal, accessible way.”

Quanta Holden, web and communication specialist for the English Department, has been a frequent attendee at the sessions. He said the workshops help him get a more in-depth understanding of digital tools.

“Technology changes so quickly, so these sessions provide an opportunity to get ahold of some of the updates, developments and features that you may not be aware of,” Holden said.

The Wednesday workshops run through April in Bostock Library and the Technology Engagement Center. Find the series schedule, including topics and locations, here.
