David Makovsky, the Ziegler Distinguished Fellow at The Washington Institute and director of the Project on Arab-Israel Relations, spoke this week at the Rudnick Lecture, "Israel-Palestine: Conflict and Conversations." Ghaith al-Omari, a senior fellow in The Washington Institute's Irwin Levy Family Program on the U.S.-Israel Strategic Relationship, also took part in the discussion.
