Said@Duke: Fredrik Logevall on the Relevance of John F. Kennedy

Duke's American Grand Strategy on Wednesday hosted Fredrik Logevall, a Pulitzer Prize-winning author and the Laurence D. Belfer Professor of International Affairs at the Harvard Kennedy School. His talk focused on JFK's relevance today in politics and governing.

A specialist on U.S. foreign relations history and modern international history, Logevall was previouslya professor of history at Cornell University, where he also served as vice provost and as the director of the Mario Einaudi Center for International Studies. Before that he taught at the University of California, Santa Barbara, where he co-founded the Center for Cold War Studies.
