Said@Duke: Carol Berkin on the U.S. Constitution

Carol Berkin, retired presidential professor of history at Baruch College in New York City, spoke last week as part of Constitution and Citizenship Day. The Duke Program in American Values and Institutions marked the day by giving the Duke community and the general public opportunities to learn about efforts by the American founders and subsequent generations to create a “more perfect union.”
