Said@Duke: Johnnetta B. Cole on Communicating Women's Activism

Johnnetta B. Cole, chair and president of the National Council of Negro Women, spoke Monday during a keynote lecture on how collections like the Lisa Unger Baskin Collection at Duke ensure that activist history and strategies are communicated across the generations. This keynote is the opening program for a symposium on Women Across the Disciplines, which is held in association with the exhibit "Five Hundred Years of Women's Work: The Lisa Unger Baskin Collection."
