Sept 1- Exhibition Opening: “People Get Ready”

Nasher Museum of Art
Technically, this event is in September, but we wanted to give everyone enough notice to mark calendars for the opening of the Nasher Museum’s newest exhibit. “People Get Ready: Building a Contemporary Collection” highlights art from 1970 through 2018 that addresses cultural identity, social justice and environmentalism.

The museum is open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Sept. 1. Admission is free for Duke staff, faculty and students with a DukeCard ID.
