Volunteers Needed for Asthma and Diabetes Medication Study

Do you currently have asthma or diabetes? Do you take 1 or more medicines to manage these? Do you have Duke health insurance?

If so , you may be eligible to participate in a questionnaire study that will take approximately 30-40 minutes of your time for the first visit and 10 minutes for the second visit 2 weeks later.
