Quotes:

"The Farm Bill should be of concern to every citizen who cares about clean water, vibrant land, nutritious food, energy security and healthy people. It has never only been for farmers or about farmland. How we treat and use our lands is an economic, ecological, political and spiritual matter.

Our desire for cheap and convenient food is destroying human health. It is also destroying the health of our lands and waters, and creating injustices for farmers and agricultural workers. The well-being of agricultural lands and economies depends on urban food consumers making wise choices about their food."
