Durham, NC - Do you or your department enjoy a bit of costume fun, spooky eats or office decorations for Halloween? 

Submit a photo, and you might get more than candy for Halloween.

Working@Duke invites Duke staff and faculty to capture Halloween fun at work and submit photos as part of a Blue Devil Halloween photo contest. To be eligible, the photo must be work or Duke-related; the submission deadline is noon on Nov. 2. The prize-winning photo will be chosen by an online vote from the Duke community.

Here's how to submit your entry and follow the contest: 

1. Take your best shot.

2. Send it by email to staff94tall+private@photos.flickr.com with "Blue Devil Halloween" in the subject of the email. (High-resolution photos taken with cameras are recommended but not required). 

3. In the body of the email, please include a description (what's in the photo, where the photo was taken, name and contact information). 

4. On Nov. 3, we'll post a story on Duke Today explaining where to view and vote on the photos.  

5. Be sure to vote on your favorite photos by 12 p.m. Nov. 7. 

6. The winning photo will be featured on Duke Today on Nov. 8.

The winner will choose a prize that features the winning image printed on a mug or other personalized item.
