Parking Advisory For Friday Athletic Events

Multiple parking lots will be made available for special events

Motorists traveling on West Campus this Friday should allow for extra time to travel and park as Duke hosts several athletic events.

Beginning at 10 a.m., lots will open for visitors attending the Duke women's soccer Nike Classic and the men's soccer match against University of Virginia. All games are played at Koskinen Stadium. Play will start at 2 p.m. Friday with University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill versus UNC-Greensboro, followed by Duke against Texas A&M at 4 p.m. The Duke men's team is scheduled to play at 7 p.m.

Free general public parking will be made available on a first-come, first-served basis in the Green Zone Grounds and 751 lots. Parking will also be available for $5 cash at PG4 (Bryan Center garage). Parking for persons with disabilities attending the soccer matches is in the Whitford Lots. Fans are also able to drop-off and pick-up guests in the Whitford Lots,  if necessary. 

Also on Friday, Duke will host its Hall of Fame induction ceremony in Cameron Indoor Stadium.  Fans are permitted to drop-off and pick-up guests in front of Cameron Indoor, if necessary.  

Free general public parking for this event will be available beginning at 3:30 p.m. on a first-come, first-served basis in the Whitford Lots, Card Gym/Beta Lot and Blue Zone Lot

Parking for persons with disabilities attending the Hall of Fame ceremony is available in the Science Drive Visitor Lot. Golf cart shuttles will be available to transport persons with mobility impairments from the Science Drive Visitor Lot to the front of Cameron before and after the Hall of Fame Ceremony.

All vehicles parked in the Green Zone, 751, Whitford, Card Gym/Beta, Blue Zone and Science Drive Visitor  lots should be removed by 6 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 10 due to space needed for the Duke-Stanford football game.
