LIVE FOR LIFE will be hosting free group fitness classes for employees beginning Jan. 4. Classes include Pilates, total body training, stretching, cardio circuit training, yoga and core training.

The 10-week fitness competition begins Jan. 8 and runs through March 20, with weekly check-ins every Wednesday to track participants’ average weekly steps and active minutes.
