The sessions, which will be hosted by Duke Corporate Payroll Services and cover Duke earning statements, will be:

Sept. 2, from 2-3 p.m. at https://duke.zoom.us/j/94337931077; and

Sept. 3 from 10-11 a.m. at https://duke.zoom.us/j/98232772102.

No registration is necessary, but live questions cannot be answered.

National Payroll Week was founded in 1996 by PayrollOrg and falls during the week of Labor Day to educate workers about the intricacies of their paycheck to better understand their earnings and financial well-being, and to highlight the work of payroll professionals.

“It’s also promoting what payroll is and to recognize all the folks who are spending their time ensuring paychecks are accurate, tax withholdings are deposited timely and wages are reported accordingly so that W-2 tax statements are accurate at the end of the year,” Hester said.
