On Sunday, Sept. 29, Durham held its Pride Parade. Duke students joined different groups and schools, as well as individuals and families, who came to Durham from all over the Triangle to celebrate and wave their flags.
The day was warm, but the rain had cleared and various groups were excited to be a part of the parade.
Many schools, from elementary to higher ed, marched the route around Durham together.
Pride flags -- in different formats -- were plentiful.
Duke students were proud to partner with Durham and communities across the area.
