20 Questions With Sanford Interim Dean Manoj Mohanan

Take a walk through RDU airport with the Sanford School’s Manoj Mohanan as he talks about his life, interests and career. Mohanan is an applied microeconomist and his research focuses on topics related to health and health care in developing countries ... so he flies around the world, a lot. He says the airport is the place where he is the most comfortable.

On July 1, Mohanan became interim dean of the Sanford School. The video was recorded when he was Sanford’s senior associate dean for faculty.

The video is part of the school’s “20 Questions” video series, which introduces community members and potential students to the school’s leaders while they take a short walk and answer questions about their lives and interests, including their careers. The series recently won a national award from the Council for Advancement and Support of Education.
