Our Blue is Best: Come Out and Support Duke Basketball at ESPN College GameDay Saturday
One employee will win two free tickets to see Saturday's game
However, one of the big questions will be answered before the game during the ESPN College GameDay broadcast inside Cameron on Saturday: What Duke employee will win a raffle to receive two free tickets to the game that night?
All Duke employees who attend the GameDay broadcast will be entered in the raffle. The morning show will be live from Cameron Indoor Stadium for a two-hour program that begins at 10 a.m. on ESPN. Admission for College GameDay is free and doors to Cameron open at 9:30 a.m.
Duke Athletics is looking for a strong turnout to show the Duke spirit. Fans are encouraged to wear Duke Blue and bring family members.
The GameDay visit follows ESPN’s visit to Duke’s campus for football this past fall, which was an enormous hit with Duke fans. That was the first time the broadcast had come to Durham for college football; Saturday’s visit will be its 13th appearance at Cameron. It’s also Duke’s 28th total appearance in a GameDay basketball game.
Both totals place Duke at the top of the ESPN College GameDay list.
The 262nd all-time Duke-Carolina game tips off at 6:30 p.m. on Saturday on ESPN.
Men's basketball is only one of more than a dozen Blue Devil teams, with many consequential games. Women's basketball continues ACC tournament action Friday against N.C. State. Fencing and track and field perform in the NCAA national championships. And baseball, ranked 12th in the country, opens a three-game road series against Wake Forest, the NCAA top-ranked team.
