It may not seem like much, but taking a moment to acknowledge a colleague’s birthday in the workplace can make a big difference in helping team members feel valued and connected.

We would love to know how you celebrate birthdays at work throughout the year – and why it’s important.

Whether you sign a card, bake a cake, decorate a door, organize an outing, or share a simple shout-out during a meeting, tell us about your birthday fun. We’ll follow up to talk more about your gesture – and one lucky participant will receive a sheet cake for up to 25 people for the office.
