A section of Campus Drive will be closed starting at 7 a.m. Monday, March 13, through Friday, March 17, for a City of Durham project to repair the Pettigrew Street Bridge.
Throughout the week, motorists must detour using Maxwell Avenue, South Buchanan Boulevard and West Main Street to reach East Campus buildings and parking lots. Parking lots accessed by Markham Avenue and South Buchanan Boulevard will not be affected.
The C1: East-West buses will utilize the detour from the East Campus bus loop to West Main Street, South Buchanan Boulevard and Maxwell Avenue, and continue to West Campus on Campus Drive.
While work goes on at the intersection of Campus Drive and Pettigrew Street, the Gilbert-Addoms bus stop will be unavailable. Campus community members should use the East Campus bus loop stop to connect with and depart from buses.
Duke Transit and Van Services passengers may experience slight delays throughout the project. For real-time campus bus service status and delays, follow Duke TransLoc.
