Duke Purchases Swift Avenue Apartment Complex
Opened in 2014, the apartment complex at 300 Swift Ave. has been purchased by Duke University.
Duke has purchased the 300 Swift Avenue apartment building, a 202-unit residential building that opened in 2014. The apartment complex, adjacent to Duke’s Central Campus, will provide options for university use as plans for renovations and additions to Duke’s current housing facilities proceed.
Terms of the sale were not disclosed, though the building will continue to remain taxable property.
