ISOS (or International SOS) provides pre-trip country information and advisories, telephone advice while abroad, referrals for full-scale evacuation by private air ambulance, and an app to stay up to date on in-country alerts
Office of Global Health & Safety provides academic enrichment travel support for faculty/staff traveling with students away from Duke’s Durham campus, participation agreement guidance for programs, personalized safety guidance for taking students in the field, and risk management assessments
Global Travel Office provides visa and documentation support for Duke-supported travelers, and our website hosts a variety of travel resources for Duke travelers, including information on:
