The MyInfo page of the Duke@Work self-service website will be updated to include links and tools from multiple tabs.

The MyInfo page of the Duke@Work self-service website will soon feature a new look to simplify design and navigation for users.

The beta version of the new design will be available by Wednesday, May 18, in a tab called “New” at the far right of the menu under “MyInfo” so users can review and acclimate to the organization of links to information, forms and transactions available on the site.

The new page will include all the familiar icons and content for sections such as MyProfile, MyBenefits, MyPay, MyTime and MyCareer. They will now just be collected on one page.

“This new design will bring everything under one page to make it easier and more convenient to find all the information for Employee Self-Service in one place,” said Ned Neeley, associate director for IT in Administrative Systems Management.

Links to helpful resources for each of these sections can still be found in the sidebar on the right side of the page.

The beta page is being introduced in May before it will replace the “Home” tab and all other tabs except “Personalization” on August 18.
