Dr. Gabriela Maradiaga Panayotti uses a helpful soccer analogy to explain how vaccines work and why they are particularly important with new COVID variants appearing regularly. The video was created by The North Carolina Pediatric Society as a way of encouraging young people to get vaccinated.
