Deborah L. Rhode delivered the Brainerd Currie Memorial and Kenan Institute for Ethics Distinguished Lecture at Duke Law Thursday, on “#MeToo: Why Now? What Next?” Rhode is the Ernest W. McFarland Professor of Law at Stanford University and director of Stanford’s Center on the Legal Profession and Program in Law and Social Entrepreneurship. She is a frequently cited scholar on legal ethics and was honored by President Barack Obama with the White House’s Champion of Change Award for her work in increasing access to justice.
