Sections of Campus Roads To Close for Concert Friday
Portions of Towerview Road and Chapel Drive will close at 7 p.m. April 6 for Old Duke Concert
In an effort to minimize traffic congestion, vehicle access to West Campus will be limited the evening of April 6 for the Old Duke concert on Abele Quad.
At approximately 7 p.m., Towerview Road will be closed between Science Drive and the circle at Wannamaker Drive. Also, Chapel Drive will be closed to all vehicles, except Duke buses, starting at the traffic circle at Chapel Drive. The roads should reopen about 11 p.m.
Officers from the Duke Police Department and Durham Police Department will be stationed at the closures to help with traffic.
