Crime Alert: Strong Armed Robbery on East Campus

On Thursday, March 1, at approximately 3:10 a.m., a strong armed robbery was reported by a student on East Campus.

The student reported that he was walking back from a downtown area when he was approached by two individuals as he entered campus at the intersection of Main St. and Buchanan Blvd. The suspects came up to him, hit him and demanded money. No weapon was shown. The two subjects took his wallet and left. There is no description of the suspects, and no serious injuries were reported.
