Duke Transit Schedules Adjust for Thanksgiving 2017
No Duke Transit services, including Duke Vans, will operate on Thanksgiving
Duke will adjust its transit schedule and parking lot availability for the Thanksgiving holiday.
No Duke Transit services, including Duke Vans, will operate on Thanksgiving.
Reduced bus service will operate Friday, Nov. 24 with no service for H2, H5, H6 and PR1, and limited CCX and LaSalle Loop holiday service schedules. Weekend and afterhours access parking rules for employee and student motorists will be in effect Nov. 23 through Nov. 26.
Transit adjustments are as follows:
Wednesday, Nov. 22
- H2, H5, H6, PR1 operating regular service schedules
- CCX Holiday route runs 20-minute service 7 a.m. to 9 p.m.
- LaSalle Loop (LL) runs 30-minute service 7 a.m. to 9 p.m.
- No C1, CSW, C2, C3, C4 or SWX service
- Duke Vans service ends at 11:59 p.m.
Thanksgiving, Thursday, Nov. 23
- No Duke Transit or Duke Vans service
Friday, Nov. 24
- Duke Vans resumes service at 12:01 a.m.
- No H Routes
- CCX Holiday route runs 20-minute service 7 a.m. to 9 p.m.
- LaSalle Loop (LL) runs 30-minute service 7 a.m. to 9 p.m.
- No C1, CSW, C2, C3, C4 or SWX service
- No PR1 Service
Saturday, Nov. 25
- CCX Holiday route runs regular Saturday service schedule until 9 p.m.
- No C1 service
- Duke Vans operates regular service
Sunday, Nov. 26
Parking garages and surface lots will operate under afterhours and weekend access rules for employee and student motorists. Visitors will be required to pay the regular hourly rate.
Parking and Transportation Services offices will be closed on Nov. 23 and 24 in observance of the Thanksgiving holiday.
