Katie MacEachern, a LIVE FOR LIFE fitness program manager, said the variety of offerings build stamina, flexibility and strength while supporting a positive group dynamic.

“I see spring Run/Walk as a breath of fresh air,” MacEachern said. “It becomes more than just a workout. It becomes a social event.  It becomes something you look forward to.”

Participation also includes weekly emails with tips, motivation and discounts to local stores and the ability to track progress online. For more information about the Run/Club and to register, visit the program’s website.
