Traffic/Parking Advisory: High School Graduations
An increase in visitors to campus is expected June 10 and 11
Motorists who park in the vicinity of Cameron Indoor Stadium should allow extra time for travel and parking June 10 and 11 due to several special events on campus, including Durham Public Schools graduation ceremonies.
With many visitors coming to Duke, heavy traffic is expected and limited parking will be available on West Campus. Durham Public Schools events will be held in Cameron Indoor Stadium on June 10 and 11 at 9 a.m. and 1 and 5 p.m.
Duke faculty, staff and students with parking permits for West Campus lots and garages will have regular access to permitted parking areas, but are encouraged to use Duke buses to get around West Campus to avoid delays due to limited parking availability. Parking will not be available on the West Campus Quad near Duke Chapel due to ongoing construction projects.
