Rising senior Kari Barclay began his Humanity in Action Fellowship on May 25, 2015. He met with other student human rights activists in Washington, D.C., and is now on the way to his fellowship in Copenhagen, Denmark. Barclay, selected for his high academic standing and active civic participation in human rights, explains his passion for the humanities and the work he has done at Duke.
