Three expert witnesses showed off their Duke University pride on Friday during a House Committee on Energy and Commerce subcommittee hearing by wearing coordinating Duke blue ties and a pair of Blue Devil cufflinks. The Duke Law professor and two alums testified on improving transparency and predictability at the Federal Communications Commission.
