Anatomy Day in the History of Medicine Collections

Anatomy Day is an annual event for all first-year medical students at Duke. It's an opportunity for them to compare what they're seeing in the gross anatomy lab with historical representations of human anatomy over the centuries, drawn from rare archival materials in the History of Medicine Collections at the David M. Rubenstein Rare Book & Manuscript Library. It's one of many ways the History of Medicine Collections supports undergraduate and graduate education at Duke University.
