Richard Danner Elected to Law Library's Hall of Fame

Duke Law's Richard A. Danner, Archibald C. and Frances Fulk Rufty Research Professor of Law and Senior Associate Dean for Information Services, has been named to the American Association of Law Libraries Hall of Fame.

"I am happy to be included in the Hall of Fame with colleagues who have contributed so much to our profession," Danner said.

Other award recipients include:

  • Carol Bredemeyer, Northern Kentucky University Assistant Director for Faculty Services
  • James E. Duggan, Tulane University Law School Director of the Law Library and Associate Professor of Law
  • Margaret K. Maes, Legal Information Preservation Alliance Executive Director

Established in 2009, the Hall of Fame award recognizes AALL members who have made noteworthy contributions to the legal information management profession.

Award winners will be recognized at the AALL will have the AALL's 107th Annual Meeting & Conference in San Antonio from July 12-15.
