News Tip -- Duke Experts Available on Fisher Decision

The U.S. Supreme Court on Monday ordered a lower court to reconsider a Texas case on race-based college admissions ("Fisher v. University of Texas at Austin"). Two Duke Law professors, experts on the constitutional issues involved in "Fisher," are available for comment on the case and the court’s ruling.
