Traffic Advisory: Elba Street Construction
Employee entrance, exit of Parking Garage II impacted
On Saturday, July 9, roadway paving and pothole
repairs will impact the Elba Street employee entrance and exit at Parking
Garage II. Motorists may enter the garage from Elba Street but
must exit on to Erwin Road using the spiral exit.
To avoid traffic congestion caused by
construction, the patient and visitor area of Parking Garage I at Duke
Clinic will be available at no charge on Saturday, July 9.
