Makeba Wilbourn, an assitant professor of psychology and neuroscience, has been awarded a $5,000 early career development grant from the Oak Ridge Associated Universities' Ralph E. Powe Junior Faculty Enhancement Awards program. Duke will match the award, which was given toward the Wilbourn Infant Lab at Duke's work on how infants learn language.
