News Tip: Duke Experts Available to Comment on Supreme Court's Campaign Spending Decision

The Supreme Court ruled 5-4 Thursday that corporations, labor unions and other groups can spend freely to support or oppose candidates for president and Congress, overturning a 20-year-old decision that prohibited such spending.

The following Duke University professors are available to comment on this decision:
