Football goes along with the Thanksgiving tradition about as well as pumpkin pie. So Duke Athletics is offering a special deal for admission to the last home football game of the season this Saturday.
As a way to thank faculty and staff for their continued support of the Blue Devils, the team is offering $15 tickets for Duke's final home game of the season against Wake Forest at noon Nov. 28. The discounted price is more than 60 percent off the $40 face value.
"We are so proud of the strides Duke Football has made this season in what has been the winningest season in 14 years," said Bart Smith, director of marketing and promotions for Duke Athletics. "Duke employees have shown their support all season long and we wanted to express our gratitude during the Thanksgiving weekend and provide a great entertainment option for everyone to enjoy."
In addition to watching the Blue Devils go for their sixth win of the season, fans can also celebrate Senior Day by coming out to show support for the players that have been instrumental in the turnaround the Duke Football program has undergone over the past two seasons.
