Join thousands of smokers pledging to quit for at least one day on Thursday, Nov. 20, the American Cancer Society's Great American Smokeout 2008!
During the week of the Great American Smokeout, Live for Life coaches will be on hand to speak with employees about how to quit, how to help others quit, and how to find a program that best fits their needs.
Stop by the information tables to get information on preparing to quit. You can also sign-up for a Life for Live tobacco cessation support program. Information tables will be available from 11:00 am to 1:00 p.m. on November 18-20 at the Duke Hospital Atrium Cafeteria, the Duke Clinic Food Court, and the Durham Regional Cafeteria.
Also in celebration of the Great American Smokeout, you can enter a raffle to win a "Cold Turkey."
