Student Reports Being Robbed Off Campus Sunday Night
Wallet taken; no one injured
A Duke University student said he was robbed late Sunday night on Watts Street, Duke University Police reported.
The student, who is 22, was approached by an unknown man at 10:47 p.m. in the 600 Block of Watts Street, said Duke Police Lt. Tom Gustafson. The man displayed a silver revolver and took the student's wallet, which contained money and credit cards, police said. No one was injured.
The Durham Police Department is investigating the incident.
