Duke Student Reports Sexual Assault

The Duke University Police Department is investigating a report from a Duke student who alleges she was raped Saturday by another student.

The student, who is 19, told university officials that she had been drinking on campus and then went to a club in Chapel Hill, said Duke Police Maj. Phyllis Cooper. The student said she left the club with several young men. She reportedly awoke in the morning and found one of the men getting dressed, Cooper said.

No charges have been filed, and an investigation is ongoing.
