ATM Machine Broken Into At Duke Credit Union
Undisclosed amount of money taken
An ATM machine at the Duke University Federal Credit Union on Morreene Road was broken into early Tuesday.
According to Duke Police, the machine was vandalized and an undisclosed amount of money was taken. The incident happened about 1:40 a.m. and was discovered Tuesday morning by a groundskeeper.
Lee Fogle, chief executive officer of the Duke University Federal Credit Union, said the credit union is insured against any losses associated with this crime. "None of our members have lost any money because of this incident," he said.
