MOUSSAOUI JUDGE BARS DEATH PENALTY, EVIDENCE Philadelphia Inquirer, Oct. 3 -- In a sharp rebuke to the Bush administration's war on terrorism, a federal judge yesterday banned the Justice Department from seeking the death penalty against Zacarias Moussaoui, the only person charged in the United States in the Sept. 11 attacks.
