An array of classes, programs and resources are available to support faculty and staff in learning new skills and advancing their careers at Duke. Programs include low-or no-cost individual classes in computer technology and work skills and long-term career development programs designed especially for specific audiences such as emerging leaders, first-time supervisors and employees with financial responsibilities. Among the resources is employee tuition assistance for career-related college-level education for employees.
