Duke Law School prepares students for responsible and productive lives in the legal profession through intellectual engagement and a commitment to serving the common good. Its faculty and students collaborate in tackling complex, real-world problems through the Wrongful Convictions Clinic, Public Interest & Pro Bono Programs and many other centers, programs and clinics. These efforts allow students to apply their knowledge and skills to serve the community by assisting clients who otherwise might not have access to the legal system. The school features programs in business, comparative and international law, environmental law and intellectual property, among others.
