Scheyer takes the court with the Philadelphia 76ers after spending the previous two seasons playing overseas and in the NBA Developmental League. The Northbrook, Ill., native earned second team All-America honors in the 2010 and finished his Duke career with 2,077 career points. Scheyer suffered a serious eye injury during the 2010 Las Vegas Summer League.
Plumlee and Singler will be making their summer league debuts with the Indiana Pacers and Detroit Pistons, respectively. Plumlee was selected by the Pacers with the 26th pick of first round in the 2012 NBA Draft, while Singler was a second round selection in 2011 by the Pistons.
Singler spent last season playing in Spain with CB Lucentum Alicante and Real Madrid. In 10 games with Alicante, he averaged a team-high 14.4 points, 3.4 rebounds and 1.1 steals. After the NBA lockout ended he exercised his option to leave the team and signed on to play with Real Madrid. He helped the team to the 2012 Spanish King's Cup and a runner-up finish in the ACB League title series.
